Specialist Education Services is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the team at Turnstone House, rated Outstanding by Ofsted in November 2024. We run two establishments for 8-18 year olds, both based on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.

SES Teaching Assistants now have the opportunity to progress their careers to unqualified teacher status, a development and assessment year can begin following two years of service or after one year if at the top of scale. If successful you would move to the UQT scale, starting at point 3 £26,716 with the ability to reach point 6 £33,902 (salary not pro-rata’d), you would also receive the annual SEN allowance, currently £2679.
