SES doesn’t just run transformational children’s homes and schools, we also develop our team to be the very best and most successful versions of themselves. We understand that everyone can bring something different to the lives of our children and we embrace the diverse nature of our workforce – for instance, who would have guessed that being fantastic at skateboarding would be make you just the person one of the children relishes in their lives right now! Or being happy to discuss horse-riding in great detail would make one of the children feel listened to and understood. This is why we are looking for the right person with the right attitude to join us, not necessarily someone who has experience in this sector.
