The pay at SES stands up to scrutiny in respect of remuneration at every level. Performance is rewarded annually irrespective of promotion opportunities.
The top of the pay scale for a Child Care Practitioner (CCP) Link Tutor is £27,803 but colleagues are more typically earning £33,000 with sleeping in payments and overtime.
The top of the pay scale for a CCP Personal Tutor is £29,777 but colleagues are more typically earning £36,500 with sleeping in payments and overtime.
